By the above idea, Ronahi Company was established on 04th October 2001 in Zakho city where the main office still resides.

The company consists of several different branches which include General Trading in Foodstuffs, Heavy Machinery Trade, Agricultural and Electric Machines and Grain Trading. Then new branches are included in the company such as Logistics, and Gas Stations.

The company afterward started to work in building a Flour Factory in 2oo9. Then public agencies are involved in the company agenda.
